To encourage advanced units, set an example and further arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of a majority of cadres and workers to devote themselves to leap-forward development, before the “May Day”, i.e., International Labor Day, Dalian Development Zone Management Committee appraised and elected 20 advanced units among all authorities, public institutions and enterprises within the zone.
